Urgyens Story
Urgyen Sonam was born in Kham, eastern Tibet. He lived there with his family until 1991. He describes his childhood as simple and happy, filled with devotion to the Buddha’s teachings.

When Urgyen was 13 he and his mother and brother left Tibet for India, for religious pilgrimage.
In Dharamsala he met and married his wife Star and they now live with their daughter Dakini in Vic, Australia.
